Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


Human Resources


  • Maintain database for Internal Audit which tracks all employees, certifications, skills, and training records
  • Assist in maintaining Internal Audit job descriptions and work with Talent and Culture on questions regarding audit openings and pay grades
  • Maintain data around salaries for analysis and new hire offers
  • Prepare periodic reports regarding HR information to submit to management, head office  and various committees including Audit Committee
  • Process employee changes  with Talent and Culture and within departments systems
  • Coordinate the continuous evaluations process



  • Assist in the development of training courses designed to meet the needs of the Audit Plan and the employees
  • Monitor each Auditor’s knowledge and skill level by maintaining the HR database
  • Develop and deliver new hire orientation that is specific to Internal Audit
  • Prepare performance metrics to report to Audit Committee as well as other committees



  • Utilize planning/scheduling tools and resource management tools to develop and update schedules, assist in resource assignment, and provide reports around utilization, scheduling, and expected annual audit plan completion
  • Assist directors in planning of resources for audits in order to adequately address training needs and ensure travel is booked timely to comply with budget
  • Serve as alternate approver for travel and expenses



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Audit credentials and certifications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to plan and evaluate programs.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
