General Summary
Supports Business Development efforts by managing/executing various campaign related functions and customer journey development in multichannels for Consumer/Small Business Banking/WMG. Actual duties involve different campaign stages from inception, audience building, channel enablement to post campaign tracking, analytics and reporting/dashboard for performance evaluation. Candidate will take part in optimizing customer contact strategy and journey mapping to improve overall customer experience. He or she will assist in deriving sound campaign strategy leveraging advanced data mining technique and campaign tools such as Unica and Sales Force Marketing Clouds. Candidate will be responsible for identifying data and work flow improvement opportunities to enhance the existing campaign operations. The position will manage a small team of professionals as assigned.     


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the Campaign Performance Tracking function and the associated support data development.
  2. Derive appropriate business rules of engagement to support campaign reporting.
  3. Work with consultants to support data coding/ execution for campaign reporting.
  4. Design and develop effective and accurate reports and dashboard for different audiences.
  5. Responsible for campaign fulfillment tracking.
  6. BI development for campaign tracking using OLAP tool such as Tableau.
  7. Optimize lead distribution and client contact touchpoints.
  8. Support data development and data migration in Sales Force Marketing Cloud.
  9. Responsible for prospect vendor onboarding.
  10. Manage a small team of professionals.
  11. Support campaign development tools, including but not limited to Unica operation and related future sunsetting activities.
  12. Funnel reporting and integration of Omniture data into existing campaign reporting.
  13. Create effective and flexible customer journey in Sales Force Marketing Cloud to optimize client experience and support a customer centric campaign strategy.
  14. Support Omnichannel based on customer choice.
  15. Assess customer saturation, balance customer contact load and officer work load.
  16. Support Priority, Onboarding and always on campaigns.
  17. Conduct AB and Champion challenger testing.
  18. Develop Attribution model.
  19. Oversee campaign development and operation for selected Line of Businesses.
  20. Modify and create SQL Script to streamline and improve campaign execution
  21. Leverage data to formulate revenue opportunity triggers and alerts for the sales team.
  22. Identify patterns, trend & revenue opportunities using data.
  23. Leverage data findings to formulate sound business strategy and support various initiatives for the bank.
  24. Enhance intelligence gathering on customers and prospects via mining of various internal and external data sources.
  25. Prepare executive power point presentations.
  26. Effective communication with various stakeholders from IT, Line of Businesses, Finance, Marketing and Customer Intelligence.



  1. Bachelor degree in Finance, Statistic, MIS, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  1. Previous work experience of Campaign operations in financial institutions would be a strong plus.
  2. 7-10 years of related work experience.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Proficient in SQL queries, Transact-SQL on Oracle Databases.
  5. Proficient in using data management tool such as TOAD, Oracle SQL developer etc
  6. Previous working experience in C#, JQuery and a strong plus.
  7. Familiar with IT protocols such as FTP and HTTP.
  8. Experience working with warehouses & databases.
  9. Experience in BI visual development using Olap Tool such as Tableau.
  10. Experience with various Sales Force Clouds
  11. Strong quantitative and analytical skill.
  12. Excellent communication skills and must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical employees both orally and in writing.
