Responsibilities

The primary focus of the Digital Sales Advisor is the management of the initial banking relationship with all new mass market clients handled remotely through the internet and by phone.  Focus on servicing all new mass market clients to maximize individual profit contribution by providing solutions that generate cross-sell opportunities.  Become the main point of contact for clients during the 60-day onboarding process.  Deliver an exceptional client service experience.  Fill the role as a trusted sales advisor by fulfilling all of their initial banking needs.  Partner with branches and line of business partners to assist your clients when branch services are needed.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Two years of banking or financial services experience with emphasis in consumer and small business deposit and loan sales. (Three years – DSA II).
  3. One year prior experience in proactive outbound sales preferred.
  4. SBA lending experience/exposure preferred. (Two years preferred – DSA II).
  5. Life and Health, 6 and 63 Licensing preferred.
  6. Meet credit history and criminal background requirements associated with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry registration process, to include FBI fingerprint criminal history report and review of credit report.
  7. Must have knowledge of and experience in mobile, online and branch banking.
  8. Must be proficient in social media forums and digital communications.
  9. Must be an extremely motivated team player.
  10. Must have assertive communication skills with a focus for sales.
  11. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of client information.
