  • Assist with the development and management of databases to track and report current and historical CRA performance metrics for reporting with trending analysis;
  • Assist with the development of reports that highlight CRA performance
  • Assist with the development and production of monthly, quarterly and annual CRA performance reports for Lending (CD, HMDA, & Small Business), Investments (Securities, Tax Credit and other investments) and Services, including market and LOB view reports
  • Prepares reporting packages for internal governance committee meetings with appropriate analysis
  • Develops and prepares quarterly CRA self-assessments
  • Assists with the report monitoring process that measures performance against goals in alignment with the company’s CRA objectives
  • Assist in preparation for and management of CRA examinations and internal audits, includes coordination and the collection of information, materials and other data for CRA examinations
  • Collect and build economic, demographic, and performance data needed for Performance Context Documents
  • Maintain and implement procedures, policies and other required governance items
  • Manage and update CRA Public File as needed
  • Assist with the management of systems (e.g. CRA Wiz, CRA Portal) and acts as systems administrator and interfaces with internal technology teams; Ensure that data is loaded into the systems and scheduled software updates are performed Monitor regulatory revisions that impact CRA/Reg BB and HMDA;  Ensure conformance with revisions 
  • Works on various projects as needed
  • Prepares assessment area, census tract, and branch/ATM location mapping
  • Work with applicable lines of business to ensure loans, branches and other activity are properly geocoded, and ensure that all data and reports are fully reconciled with source systems.


Three (3) years of documented experience with SQL coding and database management.
Compliance, CRA or other regulatory experience a plus.
Analytical and open-minded, able to provide an objective assessment based on verified data.
A confident communicator able to present information, in detail, summary or response, to all levels of management.
