  • Overview

    Function:  Provides business clients with implementation of Treasury Management products and services by coordinating all phases of the documentations required and communicates detailed requirements to the designated operational units.  Serves as the product subject matter expert for a select group of products. Facilitates the implementation of these products and represents implementation in product related issues/projects.

    Responsibilities

    • In conjunction with the TMO/ATMO team, obtains documentation from the customer in accordance with the established procedures for the services to be provided by the bank. The IC is responsible for determining the authority of the company representative making the request for TM Services and for ensuring the documentation is complete.
    • Facilitates client satisfaction by assuring products being implemented meet the client’s needs.
    • Ensures compliance with all banking regulations, i.e., BSA and KYC and with bank internal risk control procedures for ACH, Sweep, Lockbox, Wire Transfer, and Remote Deposit.
    • Verifies that all elements of the service being implemented are precisely and accurately defined and documents the required procedure
    • Coordinates work flow implementation process with the operational units.
    • Establishes pricing as communicated by the TMO.
    • Resolves all client issues relating to the start-up of the service and facilitates the transfer tothe BRS unit for on-going servicing.
    • Establishes rapport and provides professional, consistent, and open communications with all internal partners:  BRS reps, TMO’s, ATMO’s, RM’s and Operations.
    • Follows up with clients to assess the satisfaction with the service implemented.
    • Participates, as requested, in special assignments/projects.
    • As the product specialist assists the other IC’s when implementing a large and/or complex client using the relevant product.
    • Serves on project teams for various products which require implementation expertise.
    • Develops procedures to be used for implementation and assists on audits of the product for which they are accountable.
    • Takes an active role in the Beta client roll-out.

    Qualifications

    • Required Qualifications:
    • Very good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products.
    • Excellent client satisfaction attitude.
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • High School grad with college preferred
    • At least 10 years of banking with specific experience in the area of expertise needed.
