    Responsibilities

    Function:

     

    Conduct complex assignments and manage multiple initiatives associated with Mortgage Loan Servicing for the Bank. Role will primarily be responsible for daily data management, timely distribution of data and reporting, collateral management and research activities supporting department operations. Role will include assisting Manager in tasks/projects as required to maintain business relationships with our Loans Serviced by Others (LSBO) vendors as well as internal and external document custodians. Department initiatives and special projects requiring use of high degree of technical skill and aptitude, effective time-management and organizational skills will frequently be assigned. This includes, but is not limited to:

    1. Management and preparation of various daily, weekly and monthly internal and external data sources for use in support of team operations and management reporting
    2. Compiling and preparing weekly and monthly operations and performance reporting
    3. Assist in data collection, development and maintenance of data management tools and repositories supporting MLS and MLS Vendor Oversight teams
    4. Support MLS and MLS Vendor Oversight teams with review, analysis and documentation of internal and external processes; at times, role will identify opportunities for process improvement and/or enhancement
    5. Provide regular updates to Manager of outstanding issues, tasks and projects assigned  

     

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

     

    • 7+ years of Mortgage industry experience is required.
    • Strong analytical and data management skills.
    • Highly organized; efficient in work processes.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and periodic deliverables.
    • Highly proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint required; proficiency with MS Access preferred.
    • Strong communication skills. Ability to create and present formal presentations.
    • Ability to manage multiple functions associated with the Servicing of Mortgage Loans for the Bank, which may include loans serviced by others.
    • Familiar with a wide variety of Mortgage applications, concepts, practices and procedures.
    • Maintain policies and procedures to remain in compliance with various Regulatory and Agency rules and guidelines.
    • Provide monthly updates to manager of outstanding issues, tasks and lead projects.
    • Ability to work and meet deadlines efficiently.
    • Assignments as directed by manager.
