This position will be responsible for driving projects and reporting to meet the current and future information needs of the Commercial Payment Solutions business unit, applies a deep knowledge of the business unit’s needs with an expert knowledge of the systems technology to solve complex business problems. Defines and performs highly complex analytical systems development tasks to improve the quality of information and service to the assigned area of business.
Ensuring completeness of delivery from a solution and readiness perspective
.Perform Data mining and Analysis to address key business issues.
Troubleshoot & Report system performance and functionality problems.
Writes test plans, supervises and performs tests of new systems and modifications to existing systems.
Assists in training users within business unit on new products and changes to existing products as a result of a project
Develops in-depth knowledge of the information needs of the business unit.
Performs special projects as assigned.
Create reporting for outside parties on a regular basis as part of LOB operational needs.
Work with the implementation and product teams to manage custom card designs, bank-wide card design changes, card mailers, etc..

A confident communicator able to present information, in detail, summary or response, to all levels of management.
Strong computer skills, including experience with word processing, spreadsheets and internet applications.
