    Responsible for maximizing profit within assigned district by providing the leadership direction in the development of branch and officer specific sales plans, management of goals through sales activities and coaching the professional development of the Branch Retail Executives, working closely with Business Development Officer, Personal Investment Officers and Mortgage Banking Officers. Ensuring that activities are in place to retain, grow and maximize the profitability of each portfolio customer within the district. Support the delivery an exceptional customer service experience in all locations. Focus on the importance of the role of the bankers in the district as financial advisors and in the importance proper establishment of complete relationships with every customer.


    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field of study required.
    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills on the phone, in person, conducting training, meetings and distance management.
    • Five years of banking experience leading, managing and coaching the sales and customer service activities of a retail group. (7 year of banking experience- grade 23)
    • Life and Health insurance license and series 6, 63 and 26 investment licenses or series 7 and 24 preferred
    • Experience managing a network of 20 branches or more
    • Prior direct lending and underwriting experience.
    • Retail banking small business development and prospecting experience.
    • Must exhibit a very friendly and helpful attitude along with the ability to interact positively with direct reports and branch staff.
    • Demonstrate ability to coach the process of identifying customer needs and implement an effective solution in a rapid growth environment.
    • Must have ability to meet deadlines and pressure to attain district sales goals.
    • PC and calculator skills.
